Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors for the DBFA meets telephonically or virtually every other month, starting in January of every year.  On occasion, special meetings can be held outside the regular Board meetings, as set by the President of the Association.  Members are invited to contact the President (President@dbfa.org) with any concerns or topics to be discussed by the Board during the bimonthly meetings.

DBFA Biennial Meeting / Family Reunions

The Association holds a family meeting every other year, in New Paltz, New York (conditions permitting).  The most recent was held in October 2023 via Zoom, and the next is scheduled for fall of 2025.  In addition to providing an opportunity to get members of the Association together to share stories and genealogy information and to visit our family home, The Old Fort, the biennial meeting is the time to meet and cast votes for the election of Officers and Directors of the Association.
